Bunmi is building a workforce for the future in Africa. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Generation Enterprise. This is a company that seeks to reduce unemployment and poverty by developing transferable skills in youth through an Artificial Intelligence- enabled lifelong learning guidance tool for skills education.
He helped advance Government participation in the African technology ecosystem which highlighted and funded over 80 impressive startups and featured Mark Zuckerberg. He is an investor in food, healthcare and energy startups, and serves as a policy advisor to Lagos State Government in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Bunmi was a management consultant advising some of Africa’s largest companies in manufacturing, telecommunications and banking across Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, South Africa. He holds a BSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Economics from Baylor University, Texas.
